These terms govern your use of Final Ticket, the app (iOS and Android, with a website to come) for buying live-music tickets in Lima, Peru, and reselling them safely. By creating an account or buying a ticket, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Take your time; they are written to be understood.
1. Who operates Final Ticket
Aleva LLC
7614 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland, OR 97219, USA
Email: team@alevafit.com
In these terms, "Final Ticket", "we" or "us" means that operator; "you" or "user" means anyone using the app.
2. Our role: an intermediary platform
Final Ticket is a platform that connects buyers with event organizers (venues and artists), and users who want to resell tickets with users who want to buy them.
The organizer is responsible for the event itself: whether it takes place, its content, schedule, artists, safety, entry conditions and age rules.
Final Ticket is responsible for running the platform: selling and issuing tickets, delivering them in the app, the resale process, handling payments and refunds through payment processors, and customer support for these services.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy tickets.
You can sign up with email and password (verified with a 6-digit code sent to your email), with Apple, or with Facebook.
Your details must be real and up to date. Your full name and DNI or carnet de extranjería number will appear on your tickets and must match the ID you show at the door.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Tell us right away at team@alevafit.com if you think someone accessed it without permission.
Your account is personal: do not sell, lend or share it.
4. Buying tickets
Prices are shown in Peruvian soles (PEN). Before you pay, you will see the ticket price, the service fee and the total.
The purchase contract is formed when the payment processor confirms your payment. At that moment we issue your ticket and email you a confirmation.
Every ticket is issued in your name and carries your ID number.
Payments are processed by third parties (currently Mercado Pago; Niubiz may be added). We do not store your card details.
Buying a ticket entitles you to enter the stated event under the conditions set by the organizer (for example, time, area and minimum age).
5. Service fee
We charge a 10% service fee on the price of every purchase, both original sales and resales. This fee pays for use of the platform and is always shown before you confirm payment.
If the event is cancelled, the service fee is refunded together with the ticket price (see section 9).
6. Your tickets and entry
Your tickets live in the app. The QR code stays hidden until a few hours before the event.
The app blocks screenshots of tickets. To get in, show your ticket from the app.
At the door, staff scan the ticket and see your name and ID number. Bring your DNI or carnet de extranjería: if the details do not match, entry may be refused.
Each ticket can be used once. When scanned, it is recorded as used.
Do not share your code with anyone. If you share it and someone else uses it first, you may not be able to get in.
7. Resale
If you cannot go, you can resell your ticket safely within Final Ticket, under these rules:
Only tickets bought on Final Ticket can be resold.
The resale price cannot exceed the ticket's face value plus 20%.
Resale closes 2 hours before the event starts.
The buyer pays the 10% service fee on their purchase.
When the ticket sells, a new ticket with a new code is issued in the buyer's name and ID, and the old ticket is no longer valid.
Reselling tickets outside Final Ticket is not allowed (see Prohibited uses). A ticket transferred outside the platform will not be valid, because it carries the holder's name and ID.
8. Organizers
Organizers (venues and artists) are verified by Final Ticket before they can publish events.
Organizers can edit and cancel their events. If a change affects your ticket, we will let you know in the app or by email.
The organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the event information and for delivering what was advertised.
9. Event cancellation and refunds
If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund, including the service fee, to the payment method you used, within 15 business days. You do not need to request it.
How long the money takes to appear in your account or on your card also depends on your bank or the payment processor.
10. Prohibited uses
To keep Final Ticket fair and safe for everyone, you may not:
Use bots, scripts or other automated means to buy, hold or list tickets.
Resell tickets outside Final Ticket, or above the permitted cap, including taking side payments off the platform.
Commit or attempt fraud: use false or someone else's details or documents, unauthorized payment methods, or wrongfully dispute charges.
Take screenshots or recordings of tickets, get around the screenshot block, or share, copy or forge QR codes.
Create multiple accounts to get around limits or a suspension.
Try to access Final Ticket's systems without permission, interfere with how they work, or scrape their content.
Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
11. Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account, and void the affected tickets or listings, if we detect a breach of these terms, fraud, or a risk to other users. Where possible, we will tell you and explain why, and you can respond by writing to team@alevafit.com. If we void a ticket you paid for and there was no fraud on your part, we will refund you.
You can delete your account at any time from the app; see Delete my data.
12. Liability
Final Ticket is responsible for the services it provides as a platform, in line with Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
The organizer is responsible for staging the event and its content. We are not responsible for what happens at the event for reasons unrelated to the platform.
We work to keep the app running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the rights Peruvian law gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
13. Consumer protection and complaints book
As a consumer, you are protected by Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor). If you have a problem, email us first at team@alevafit.com and we will do our best to fix it.
You can also file a claim or complaint in our virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones). We will respond within the time limit set by law. You may also contact INDECOPI, Peru's consumer protection authority.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Consumer disputes may be brought before INDECOPI or the courts of Lima, without prejudice to any right the law gives you to go to another competent authority.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Purchases already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
